Amber Muscle does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Website, or the absence of errors in its content, but will use its best efforts to minimise interruptions.

The Website provides information about the MyEliteHealth application, which is a physiological monitoring and analysis application classified as "health & fitness" on Apple's App Store. MyEliteHealth is NOT a medical diagnostic device and does NOT carry CE marking as such. The information provided by the application does not replace clinical judgement, physical examination, indicated diagnostic tests, or differential diagnosis by a qualified healthcare professional. Any decision regarding medication, diagnosis or treatment is the exclusive responsibility of the healthcare professional in charge of the patient.
